In wine there is wisdom... and the Sydney Royal Wine Show judges are happy to help you wise up.

One of Australia's most prestigious wine shows, with a history dating back to 1826, this annual competition not only attracts entries from the biggest names on the Australian wine scene, but also draws in emerging talent and uncovers the next big thing on the vine.

Once the judging ends the barrels are rolled out, allowing wine enthusiasts to taste from an incredible range of 1,800 wines, sample entries from the Sydney Royal Beer & Cider Show, and satisfy food cravings with Sydney Royal medal-winning food.

It's an afternoon packed with tastings of the 2023 success stories and the new trends in wine, plus hearing from our judge's who will give you a tip or two. If you're wondering what you should be looking for when perusing the shelves of your favourite bottle shop or online wine supplier this is your chance to ask the professionals.
